We are Development Initiative Network, otherwise known as DIN Malawi, a small local NGO operating in the country’s poorest regions, Chikwawa and Nsanje. We work with local people to tackle some of the major issues they face, including HIV and AIDS, early childhood education, subsistence farming, and child motherhood and marriage.

In local villages, most people living with HIV and AIDS suffer social stigma, lack of food, and trouble accessing transport to get to clinics with the medication they need. We’ve helped 86 people to get back on their feet – help us get to more people. Read more… Donate!
We have ongoing activities in the Lauji pre-school, our Tiasamale project which supports people living with HIV and AIDS, a local subsistence farmers’ club called Tianjane, youth groups, improving girls’ education, and our tailoring school. You can read more about each via the menu.
